The Recruitment of Relationship Manager – Probationary Officer (PO) Program in association with The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (‘IBPS’). IBPS is a central recruitment agency operating under the ownership of the Ministry of Finance in the Government of India and serves as a flagship initiative aimed at cultivating the next generation of leaders within HDFC Bank.

Eligibility Criteria (as on 07.02.2025):
| Educational Qualification | • Graduates with 1-10 years of experience in Sales. • Any Graduation from Recognized University • Minimum 50% marks under regular course. |
| Age | • Candidate upper age limit as on 07.02.2025, Should be not more than 35 years. |
| Work Experience | • Minimum 1-10 years sales experience in any organization. • Active service of previous work experience may be counted and fixed for each candidate up on the sole discretion of the Bank based on experience |
